FORMULA SAE ELECTRIC CAR

I assisted the 2018 University of Utah Formula SAE Electric Car team during the layup of the monocoque chassis. This was a large, complicated and demanding prepreg layup. 

 

I was also part of the team that designed, built and programmed the dashboard displays for the FSAE car. The goal of the dashboard project was to decrease driver response time and thus track times by making car status signals easier to read and process. We constructed the panel from prepreg composites and cut the profile with a waterjet.
